Disney Name: Tripod
Human Name: Travis ‘Trio’ Alcott
Age: 15
Human Hair Color: Brown
Human Eye Color: Brown
Human Appearance: Tripod is a teenager of medium height with short, curly brown hair and brown eyes. Since becoming human, he’s taken to typically wearing a red and white sleeveless shirt, dark blue shorts, and white tennis shoes. He still wears his greenish-blue sweatband that he wore as a Dalmatian. His left arm is a bit shorter than his right, and it also appears deformed. He can’t use his left arm for much due to the fact that he can’t move it like his right arm due, and the fact that his left hand is smaller than his right hand. Typically he doesn’t let it bother him that much, using it as a reason for him to work harder, but there are times when it gets him down.

Human Form Picture:
Celebrity Face Claim: Shia LaBeouf
Personality: Tripod is a hard worker and seemed to be quite confident in himself and his abilities despite his disability. He’s loyal, determined to prove himself, a bit cocky, and willing to stand up for his friends if the need arises. However, Tripod also has a more fragile side of him that he tends to keep hidden. Due to taunts he received as a young pup, he has a few self-esteem issues but he typically hides them behind the façade of a confident athlete. Tripod also fears being abandoned because when his two brothers and sister were adopted, he was abandoned. Upon turning human, Tripod initially freaked out because he thought he had been abandoned all over again. When he failed to find Lucky, Rolly, Cadpig, or any of the other pups from his adopted family, Tripod truly believed he had been abandoned and gave up on finding them. He was promptly picked up and put into an orphanage when it was determined he had no family to speak of.
Likes: Sports, working out, reading (he has a soft spot for such works as The Count of Monte Cristo), his friends, and swimming
Dislikes: Being mocked for his disability, being alone, Cruella, Horace, Jasper, and he doesn’t like a lot of the people working at the orphanage he was put in.
Occupation: None. He’s just a kid, after all.
History: Not one of Pongo and Perdita's original fifteen puppies, Tripod was born into a small family of two brothers, one sister, and his parents. He was always picked on by his brothers because he wasn't as strong as them and he was born with only three legs. When his siblings were given away to new homes, he was the only puppy left that wasn't given a new home. Since no one seemed to want him, he was abandoned. Left to fend for himself, Tripod toughed it out on the streets until he was dognapped by Horace and Jasper and eventually rescued along with the other puppies by Pongo and Perdita. After the Dalmatians escaped, he was adopted by Pongo and Perdita and finally found somewhere he belonged.
Being abandoned by his biological family had a profound effect on him. Despite his tough exterior he fears being abandoned again and really wants to fit in among his family. He thought by proving himself as an athletic star he could make a few friends, but really he's pushed away more of his adopted siblings with his training to better himself. He also ended up developing a rivalry with Lucky as a result of his athletics, and the two compete often during Bark Brigade meetings. He felt he could trust his new family to not abandon him like his previous family. Tripod felt secure.
However, that security was ripped out from under him one day when he found he was no longer on the farm. In fact, he wasn’t quite himself either. Tripod had been turned into a human and was completely on his own. Needless to say, he was freaked out by this development. He desperately tried to locate any of the other Dalmatians, but to no avail. It was by that point that he thought he had been abandoned all over again. Lost, dejected, and feeling particularly worthless, Tripod spent the rest of his first day as a human wandering the streets aimlessly. However, it wasn’t long before he was taken off the street by an orphanage worker and questioned on where his family was. Since he honestly felt he had been abandoned, Tripod said he had none. Thinking that ‘Tripod’ would be too strange a name for a human, he made up a name for himself and took on the persona of Travis Alcott. He earned the nickname ‘Trio’ from other kids at the orphanage due to the fact that he seemed to only have three working limbs, which were his legs and his right arm. Tripod doesn’t know what will happen now that he’s human, and doesn’t believe he’ll find the other Dalmatians any time soon. Deep inside he believes he can find the others, but he isn’t incredibly hopeful on that aspect.
Sample Post: The more Tripod thought about it, the more right Duncan and Smokey seemed to be. They had been right all along, it seemed. Other kids at the orphanage had been adopted, but he still lingered. What were the chances anyone was going to adopt him? Tripod sighed, laying on his back after a moment and closing his eyes. The chances of running into Lucky or any of the others were growing slim. He was beginning to believe he wouldn’t find them at all. He was on his own; at least that’s how it seemed to him.
“I guess I might as well get used to it. Why should I bother when it’s so obvious I won’t be finding them any time soon?” he murmured.
