Quote: “I’ve… never been away from my family before. But I’m not scared of this new world! I bet I’ll adapt quicker than my siblings… wherever they are…”
Disney Name: Berlioz
Human Name: Benjamin Bonfamille
Age: 13
Human Hair Colour: Brown
Human Eye Colour: turquoise
Human Appearance: Berlioz's brown hair is shoulder-length, and comes down low across his forehead. His dress sense finds its roots in both his upbringing, and his appearance before the transformation. He always wears grey or black, and while he’s gradually getting used to dressing less formally, his current typical attire is still a dark grey shirt, usually accompanied by a red tie reminiscent of the ribbon he used to wear.

Human Form Picture:
Celebrity Face Claim: Munro Chambers
Personality: Berlioz is feisty, and can be more than a little argumentative at times, especially towards his siblings. He is very ‘boyish’ in his attitudes, especially towards the concept of romance which, to him, is simply ‘sissy stuff’. Being the youngest of his siblings, he also has a strong desire to prove himself, although he’s really a bit timid *coughscaredbyafrogcough*.
Likes: Playing the piano, cats, jazz music (like Scat Cat’s), playfighting, new experiences
Dislikes: Girls, romance and similar ‘sissy stuff’, getting wet, being left out, Toulouse’s paint (when it gets on him, at least), getting ‘tattletaled’ on
Occupation: Student
History: The youngest of his litter, Berlioz was born, along with his siblings Marie and Toulouse, in Paris in 1910. For the first part of their lives, the young kittens were raised in luxury and bred to be 'Aristocats'. At one time, they were kidnapped by Edgar - the butler - and dumped out in the countryside so that he could be the sole heir to Madame's fortune, but thanks to Mr O'Malley the Alley Cat, Edgar was foiled and shipped off to Timbuktu, and life settled back to normal soon afterwards. Until... One day, Berlioz found himself waking up in a strange bed. He was panicked to find that none of his family were present - and even more so with the realisation that he was now human. Once the orphanage staff had calmed him down, he was told that he'd been found unconscious on the streets and brought in, which Berlioz reluctantly accepted, and resigned himself to never seeing his family again. He was alone in the world.
Fortunately for him, that situation wasn't to last long, however, as a young couple showed up at the orphanage and adopted him. While clearly not Mama and Mr O'Malley, they were nice enough, and Berlioz soon settled into their family. While nothing like as rich as Madame had been, Berlioz, instead of missing the privileges of wealth, found it a refreshing change - and he wasn't expected to act like a 'charming young gentleman' all the time.
Sample Post: The former cat sat near the back of the classroom, listening with some degree of boredom as the science teacher droned on about gravity and the like. It wasn’t her manner of teaching that was boring him so much as the subject itself. When he was a cat, he’d never had to learn about this sort of thing; all that had mattered was that if you pushed something off the table, it fell; the reason why it fell had never been important. Spotting Luke, a kid he’d met during his brief time in the orphanage, in the row in front of him, Berlioz leant forward and poked his shoulder. When the other boy turned, Berlioz mouthed ‘boring’ and rolled his eyes. Luke nodded, covering his mouth to hide a smirk.
Making sure no-one was looking at him, Luke leant back in his chair and whispered “Another escape attempt, after school. I could use the help.”
“Count me in.” None of Luke’s crazy schemes had worked yet, but Berlioz was always up for helping with another.
“BOYS.” From the front of the room, the teacher cleared her throat and glared at them. “Pay attention, and you might learn something.”
“Not likely.” Berlioz muttered under his breath, quickly sliding back into his seat as he busied himself with looking interested in knowledge he really had no use for.
(Can I just say that if we get him, I would LOVE a run-in with Edgar ^^)
