Disney Name: Naveen
Human Name: Naveen Campos
Age: 26
Human Hair Color: Black
Human Eye Color: Brown
Human Appearance. Naveen maintains his dark hair and eyes from his Disney form, but not the same hairstyle and his skin was lightened just a little with the transition between the Disney world and real world. Typically Naveen wears more casual clothing, but occasionally can be seen wearing more ‘fuddy-duddy’ clothing when acting as a substitute teacher.

Human Form Picture:
Celebrity Face Claim: Adam Levine
Personality: Naveen is very laid back, lazy, and fun-loving. Being a prince, he never had to do much hard work and as a result never did much for himself. Naveen is by no means serious, in fact he is basically a goofball prince and would much rather party and have a good time than take on his responsibilities. He is also very charming and a bit of a philanderer, having dated many women in non-serious relationships until he eventually met Tiana. He’s getting better about that philandering thing, but not much.
Naveen was more perplexed than anything with being brought into the real world. Having been turned into a frog, turning his wife into a frog, and going on a crazy adventure through the bayou of New Orleans just to get turned back into a human and eventually fall in love with Tiana, he really should have expected something else to happen to him. Unlike Tiana, Naveen believes his Disney life was more than just some crazy dream and does intend on finding Tiana at least, but for the moment he is content to go with the flow and let whatever happens in this new world happen. That doesn’t mean he isn’t actively looking for Tiana, though. He does intend on finding her and asks if anyone knows her whenever he has the chance, but he doesn’t obsess over it.
Likes: Music, especially jazz
Dancing
Tiana
Partying
Louis (his pet lizard)
Dislikes: Hard work (not so much as he used to, but still prefers to be a lazy goofball)

Dr. Facilier
Lawrence
Occupation: Substitute teacher
History: Naveen was the eldest son of the king and queen of Maldonia, and next in line for the throne. He was treated like royalty and never worked a day in his life, living in the lap of luxury, tormenting his valet Lawrence, and all around being a goofball. However, that all changed when he got older. His parents were tired of him being a lazy bump on a log, and so they cut him off from their vast fortune and sent him to either find a rich young lady to marry or a job. Naveen wasn’t exactly thrilled with the idea, but regardless he traveled to New Orleans with Lawrence where he proceeded to continue his goofball shenanigans. That is, until he ran into Dr. Facilier.
Dr. Facilier promised Naveen that he could help with his problem, and lured the young prince into his office with Lawrence. Naveen was easily persuaded that the witch doctor could help get him the money he so desired, but instead the ‘green’ that was promised was the transformation from human to frog. Lawrence took on the form of the prince and left Naveen trapped in a glass jar after that, but Naveen was able to escape this prison when it became apparent that he was in need of oxygen. Because Lawrence unscrewed the lid of the jar, Naveen was able to hop his way to freedom and made his way to the second story balcony of the Leboufe mansion where he ran into who he thought was a beautiful princess.
Naveen was able to convince the supposed princess, Tiana, that he really was who he said he was and asked her to kiss him to change him back into a human. With a little persuasion and the offer of granting Tiana any wish she wanted, he convinced the young woman to kiss him. However, instead of being turned back into a human the kiss only ended up turning Tiana herself into a frog. Tiana’s anger at this result sent the two flying from the second story and down into the masquerade ball below, where they were chased by Charlotte’s dog Stella until they were able to escape via balloon. The two frogs ended up in the bayou after that, where Tiana revealed that she wasn’t a princess and Naveen revealed that he was not as fabulously wealthy as he claimed to be. After escaping being eaten by alligators, Naveen promised that he would help Tiana get her restaurant after marrying Charlotte. The next morning as the two began to make their way through the bayou they met a trumpet playing alligator named Louis who agreed to help them meet Mama Odie, the voodoo priestess of the bayou, who could help turn them back to human form.
However, no one told Naveen and Tiana that gators were horrible at directions and the three only ended up becoming lost in the bayou. That night, after becoming entangled in their tongues while trying to capture a firefly for their meal, the firefly they tried to eat released the two frogs from their sticky situation and introduced himself as Ray. Ray agreed to help the trio find their way to Mama Odie’s home since she was a friend of his, adding that Louis was taking Naveen and Tiana in the completely wrong direction. So, with that, Ray led the two frogs and gator to his friend’s house. Along the way Naveen was captured by frog hunters along with Tiana, but with a bit of quick thinking the two were able to escape capture. It was by this point that Naveen slowly began to realize he might have feelings for Tiana, though she didn’t show any sign of feeling anything for him. After stopping for a food break, Ray introduced the group to his love Evangeline who turned out to be the Evening Star. Naveen and Tiana shared a dance under the starlit sky, but afterward Naveen was almost captured by Dr. Facilier’s shadow friends. If not for Mama Odie stepping in and saving him, Naveen would have been captured.
Mama Odie didn’t help Tiana and Naveen in a way either of them expected. She told them to dig deeper within themselves to find out what they needed, and Naveen realized that he was falling for Tiana. Tiana, on the other hand, didn’t seem to realize this and so Mama Odie told the two that they needed Charlotte, the princess of Mardi Gras, to kiss Naveen in order to get them to turn back to human form. The next night, Naveen tried to propose to Tiana but it ended up being a failure since she was more focused on her dream than realizing that Naveen was trying to confess his feelings. Naveen left Tiana shortly after his failed proposal with the intent of getting Ray and Louis so they could look for Charlotte, but he was instead captured by Facilier’s friends and used to help Lawrence keep up his masquerade as Naveen himself. Naveen was imprisoned in a box after that and kept close to Lawrence and Charlotte as their marriage was conducted. Naveen was able to escape with Ray’s help and knocked Lawrence off of the float, but Lawrence captured Naveen and retreated into the cathedral. Ray followed the prince-turned-frog inside just as Naveen wrestled the talisman containing his blood away from Lawrence and tried to get it away from his valet. The firefly stole it and escaped, leaving Naveen to deal with Lawrence while Facilier chased after Ray and the talisman. Some time after that, Charlotte broke into the cathedral and revealed Lawrence in his true form. Lawrence was arrested shortly after that and Naveen explained everything to Charlotte. Just as he was about to be kissed to turn himself and Tiana back to human form so he could help her get her dream, Tiana arrived and stopped the kiss by revealing that she had fallen for Naveen. It was decided that Charlotte would kiss Naveen and not require him to marry her because she cared more for the happiness of her best friend. Unfortunately the kiss had come too late and Tiana and Naveen were still stuck in frog form. However, they didn’t care. They were happy together.
Unfortunately, tragedy struck after that. Louis appeared with a severely injured Ray, revealing that the poor firefly had been crushed by Dr. Facilier to try and help his friends. As Ray lay dying before them, Naveen revealed that he and Tiana would be staying together. This made Ray very happy, and he died shortly after that. Naveen, Tiana, and Louis were terribly upset by the loss of their little friend and returned the poor firefly to his home in the bayou for a funeral. Shortly after the funeral, a new star appeared beside Evangeline in the night sky. Naveen and Tiana were overjoyed seeing their friend among the starry throng, and after that discovery the two frogs and Louis made their way back to Mama Odie’s and asked her to marry them. She happily agreed to do so. After the marriage ceremony Naveen and Tiana kissed and finally reverted to their human forms because Tiana had become a princess by marrying Naveen. The two returned to New Orleans after that and, with the help of Louis, were able to get Tiana her restaurant and bring Tiana’s Palace into existence after having a proper wedding. Everything seemed to be perfect after that. Naveen was happily married, Tiana had her restaurant, and it seemed as though all of their dreams had come true. Nothing could go wrong.
At least, that’s what Naveen thought. Not long after that the prince woke up in a very strange place with Tiana nowhere in sight. It was quickly determined that he was no longer in New Orleans, but Naveen couldn’t determine where he was or what had happened. The only possible solution in his eyes was that it was the work of some powerful magic that had shaken his world, but as far as he knew Facilier was dead and he wasn’t aware of any other magic users. Thoroughly confused, Naveen took to the streets to try and find some answers. Instead, he found a local high school where he was hired as a substitute teacher because of his vast knowledge in more than one subject, but particularly his language skills. The only reason he didn’t become a full teacher was there were no spots open at that particular moment. And so, Naveen begrudgingly took on the job since he thought it might help take his mind off of the situation he found himself in. Despite this, Naveen’s biggest concern was finding out what had happened and locating Tiana. He does, however, intend on enjoying his new life while continuing his search for her.
Sample Post: “No, no, no. For the last time, it is not slime. It is mucus.” Naveen corrected. The dark haired man didn’t quite know how he had ended up in the midst of a conversation about frogs, but there he was standing amongst a group of his pupils discussing the biological workings of frogs. Inwardly Naveen shook his head. It was only because he had been a frog that he knew this.
“And how would you know this?” one of the students asked as she raised an eyebrow. Naveen opened his mouth to reply, half-tempted to tell the young lady that, for her information, he had actually been a frog for a brief time in his life so he would know just what he was talking about, but instead a sly smirk formed on his face. He had another idea.
“Oh, perhaps I know this because I have actually read your biology book. Perhaps you should try it some time.” Naveen smirked. The student looked absolutely mortified as the others around her all started to laugh at her expense. Naveen just grinned. It appeared that, for once, Facilier’s meddling with his life so long ago had proven useful after all.
